Lights to Grow Indoor Weed

Indoor weed growers need to grow lights for their plants. Their choice of grow lights are focused on either LED or HID grow lights. Each one of them has its advantages over the other. Indoor growers understand which grow light is better than the other.

The main problem for an indoor weed grower is the absence or scarcity of sunlight. Weed, just like other plants, need photosynthesis for growth. This process requires an ample supply of sunlight. HID Grow Lights

HID grow lights are tube-shaped lightbulbs that are hermetically closed and full of gas. The lightbulb generates light when the gas inside is ignited by a ballast that sends electrical charge between the electrical conductors, which are usually tungsten filaments.

While LED grow lights have become popular among many indoor growers, there are still many growers who prefer to use HID grow lights as they are inexpensive and have proven to be highly efficient. It is, therefore, not necessary to continue debating on the merits of each type of grow light and just leave the choice to the preference of the individual grower.
